| 摘 要：［目的］ 应用Meta分析的方法对HPV检查、液基细胞学检查(TCT)及两种检查方法联合应用对宫颈疾病的筛查价值进行研究。［方法］ 通过CNKI、万方、维普、PUBMED及MEDLINE数据库检索2003年至2013年3月的文献，根据文献纳入标准进行文献筛选，利用Review Manager5.0软件对各组数据进行Meta分析，比较HPV检查、TCT检查以及两种方法联合应用对宫颈疾病的筛查价值。［结果］共筛选出19篇符合标准的文献。TCT检查对宫颈疾病的筛查价值优于HPV检查（OR 0.56，95%CI：0.49～0.63，P<0.00001）。两种方法联合应用对于宫颈疾病的筛查价值均优于单独使用HPV或者TCT检查（OR 0.26，95%CI：0.08～0.70，P<0.00001；OR 0.49，95%CI：0.16～1.47，P<0.00001）。［结论］ TCT与HPV检查方法联合，对宫颈疾病诊断效能高于两种检查方法单独使用。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To compare the value of HPV test，liquid-based cytologic test (TCT) and combination of the two methods in screening cervical disease. ［Method］ Literatures in CNKI，Wanfang，VIP database，PUBMED and MEDLINE from 2003 to March 2013 were retrieved according to strict selection standard. Meta analysis was made by Review Manager5.0 software to compare the value of HPV test，TCT test and combination of the two methods in screening of cervical disease.［Results］ Nighteen studies were included. TCT test was superior to HPV examination in cervical disease screening（OR 0.56，95%CI：0.49～0.63，P<0.00001）. Combination of the two methods for cervical disease screening is superior to HPV or TCT alone（OR 0.26，95%CI：0.08～0.70，P<0.00001；OR 0.49，95%CI：0.16～1.47，P<0.00001）.［Conclusion］ Combination of HPV test and TCT test reveals higher efficiency than either of them in cervical disease screening. |
