摘 要:烟酰胺核苷酸反义转氢酶RNA1(nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase-antisense RNA1,NNT-AS1)作为一种新近发现的在肿瘤中异常表达的长链非编码RNA,其在肿瘤中作用的相关研究也获得了突破性进展。现有研究已证实NNT-AS1广泛参与多种肿瘤的发生和发展,其对肿瘤的诊断、治疗都有重要意义。全文将对NNT-AS1与肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。 |

Abstract:Nicotinamide nucleotide transhydrogenase-antisense RNA1(NNT-AS1) is a novel lncRNA found recently and its expression is dysregulated in tumors. The role of NNT-AS1 in cancer research also obtained the breakthrough. Recent studies have confirmed that NNT-AS1 widely participates in the development and progression of various tumors. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between NNT-AS1 and tumors and its application in the cancer diagnosis and treatment. |
