| 摘 要： ［目的］ 通过检测CD47在非小细胞肺癌中的表达，了解CD47在非小细胞肺癌表达的意义及其与预后的相关性。［方法］ 采用免疫组化EnvisionTMplus法检测52例非小细胞肺癌患者癌及癌旁组织中CD47的表达，分析CD47与非小细胞肺癌患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。［结果］ CD47在非小细胞肺癌及癌旁组织中表达阳性率分别为80.8%(42/52)，34.6%(18/52)，癌组织CD47阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(P＜0.05)。CD47与非小细胞肺癌患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移相关(P＜0.05)。CD47阳性患者术后3年总体生存率低于阴性患者(χ2=4.314，P=0.038)。［结论］ CD47与非小细胞肺癌侵袭、转移和预后密切相关，有可能成为非小细胞肺癌的参考指标。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the expression of CD47 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its correlation with prognosis of patients. ［Methods］ Immunohistochemical envision TM plus method was used to detect the expression of CD47 in lung cancer tissues and periaracancerous tissues of 52 patients with NSCLC. The relationship of CD47 with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed. ［Results］ The positive rate of CD47 expression in cancer tissue and adjacent tissues was 80.8%(42/52) and 34.6%(18/52)，respectively(P<0.05). CD47 expression was correlated with clinical stage，lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in NSCLC patients(P<0.05). The overall survival rate of patients with CD47 positive expression was significantly lower than that of those with negative CD47 expression(χ2=4.314，P=0.038). ［Conclusion］ The expression of CD47 is closely related to the invasion，metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC，which may be used as a reference index for NSCLC patients. |
