| 摘 要：放射性肺损伤为胸部肿瘤患者经放射性治疗后常见的临床并发疾病，会对患者后续治疗方案的实施造成严重不良影响。如若未得到及时有效的治疗，甚至会出现不可逆的放射性肺纤维化，严重降低患者生活质量，最终甚至引起患者呼吸衰竭、死亡。全文简述放射性肺损伤的发病机制，并对其临床防治办法进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Radiation-induced lung injury is a common clinical complication of radiation therapy in patients with chest tumors，which will seriously impact the implementation of further treatment. It may lead to irreversible radioactive pulmonary fibrosis，reduce the quality of life，and eventually cause respiratory failure and death of the patients. In this article，the pathogenesis of radiation-induced lung injury and its prevention and treatment are reviewed. |
