| 摘 要：肿瘤患者营养不良发生率高、后果严重，直接导致不良临床结局，如并发症发生率增加、抗肿瘤治疗的反应下降、住院时间延长、生活质量降低、死亡率增加等。因此，临床营养治疗对于肿瘤患者具有重要意义。肿瘤患者营养支持治疗指南指出，无证据表明营养支持会促进肿瘤生长。相反，通过营养支持可以增强患者免疫功能，使患者在抗肿瘤治疗中获益。为了维持和改善患者营养状况，提高治疗性和耐受性，对患者进行营养健康教育十分重要。营养知识教育路径是护士为所有肿瘤患者在抗肿瘤治疗期间制定的健康教育工作计划，其能指导护士有预见性的、主动性的工作，减少患者的并发症，降低医疗费用，提高患者满意度。 |

| Abstract： The high incidence of malnutrition and serious consequences in cancer patients will lead to adverse clinical outcomes， such as increased incidence of complications， decreased response to antitumor therapy， prolonged hospital stay， decreased quality of life， and increased mortality. Therefore， clinical nutritional therapy is of important significance for tumor patients. As indicated in the guidelines of nutritional support therapy for cancer patients， there is no evidence showing that nutritional support would promote tumor growth； in contrast， nutritional support can enhance immune function of patients， who will benefit from anti-tumor therapy. The nutritional health education is conducive for patients to maintain and improve the nutritional status， and improve therapeutic efficacy and tolerance. The clinical pathway of nutrition knowledge and health education is a work plan developed for cancer patients during the anti-tumor treatment period， which guides nurses to work proactively and with foresight， to reduce complications and medical costs， and to improve satisfaction of patients. |
