      摘 要:脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤,恶性程度高,预后差,主要治疗方式是包括放疗在内的综合治疗。磁共振-直线加速器(MR-Linac)作为近年新型的放疗设备,将磁共振、直线加速器、自适应放疗计划系统结合,可以根据放疗过程中靶器官和危及器官的变化制定自适应计划实施放疗,为脑胶质瘤的精准治疗提供新选择。全文对磁共振-直线加速器治疗脑胶质瘤的最新研究进展作一综述。

      Abstract: Glioma is the most common primary intracranial tumor with high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis, and mainly treated with comprehensive therapy including radiotherapy. MR-guided linear accelerator(MR-Linac), which combines magnetic resonance with linear accelerator and adaptive radiotherapy planning system, is a new type of radiotherapy equipment developed in recent years. MR-Linac can make adaptive planning and implement radiotherapy according to the changes of target organs and endangered organs during radiotherapy, which provides a new choice for accurate treatment of gliomas. The latest research progress of MR-Linac in the treatment of gliomas is reviewed in this paper.
