      摘 要:染色体外环状 DNA(extrachromosomal circular DNA,eccDNA)是一种存在于染色体外的环状 DNA,在肿瘤组织中广泛存在。近年来,其在乳腺癌中的作用受到广泛关注。全文综述eccDNA的分子特征、形成机制和检测技术,以及eccDNA 在乳腺癌中的研究进展,包括其对癌基因的拷贝数、肿瘤异质性、癌基因的转录活性、非编码RNA调控及对癌基因突变的影响,同时还探讨了eccDNA在乳腺癌中的临床应用。深入研究 eccDNA 在乳腺癌中的作用机制,有望为乳腺癌的精准诊断、预后评估和治疗策略的优化提供新的思路和方向。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Extrachromosomal circular DNA(eccDNA) is a type of circular DNA that exists outside of the chromosome and is widely present in tumor tissues. In recent years, its role in breast cancer has received extensive attention. This paper reviews the molecular characteristics, formation mechanism and detection technology of eccDNA, and the research progress on eccDNA in breast cancer, including its effect on the copy number of oncogene, tumor heterogeneity, transcriptional activity of oncogene, regulation of non coding RNA, and its effect on oncogene mutation. The clinical application of eccDNA in breast cancer is also discussed. Further in-depth studies on the mechanism of eccDNA in breast cancer would provide insights for the accurate diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and optimization of treatment strategies of breast cancer.
