| 摘 要：滋养层细胞表面抗原 2（trophoblast cell surface antigen 2，Trop-2）是一种由肿瘤相关钙信号转导因子2基因编码的细胞表面糖蛋白，其结构包含前导序列、细胞外区域、跨膜区域和细胞内尾部区域，具有调节信号转导和影响细胞周期的功能。Trop-2在卵巢癌、宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌等妇科肿瘤中高表达，与肿瘤恶性程度、预后及转移风险相关。Trop-2通过激活信号通路促进肿瘤增殖和迁移，并具有干细胞样特性。Trop-2的抗体偶联药物戈沙妥珠单抗等已在临床试验中展现疗效，尤其针对Trop-2阳性的妇科肿瘤细胞。Trop-2作为治疗靶点的潜力巨大，为妇科恶性肿瘤提供了新的治疗选择和策略。 |

| Abstract： Trophoblast cell surface antigen-2 (Trop-2)， encoded by the tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2) gene， is a cell surface glycoprotein consisting of a leader sequence， an extracellular domain， a transmembrane domain and an intracellular tail region. It functions as regulating signal transduction and influencing the cell cycle. Trop-2 is highly expressed in gynecological tumors such as ovarian cancer， cervical cancer， and endometrial cancer， and it is associated with tumor malignancy， prognosis， and metastasis risk. By activating signaling pathways， Trop-2 promotes tumor proliferation and migration and exhibits stem-cell-like properties. Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting Trop-2， such as sacituzumab govitecan， have demonstrated efficacy in clinical trials， particularly against Trop-2-positive gynecological tumors. Trop-2 holds significant potential as a therapeutic target， offering new treatment options for gynecological malignancies. |
