      摘 要:近年来,精准医疗模式迅速发展,其实质是针对每个患者疾病的独特生物学特征为其提供精确的个性化诊疗。放射组学是通过运用图像处理和数据挖掘等技术以分析复杂临床问题的新型交叉学科。作为精准医疗的重要辅助手段之一,放射组学在肺癌的精准诊疗中展现出巨大的潜力,具有广阔的应用前景。全文回顾了基于放射组学的联合模型在肺癌精准诊疗中的研究,对该领域的研究现状作了简单的总结,涉及肺癌的精准诊断、精准分型、精准分期及精准治疗等多个方面。全文还简要阐述了该类模型的主要不足和技术限制,以及多模态组学模型在肺癌精准诊疗中的应用进展。

      Abstract: In recent years, the precision medicine is developing rapidly to provide accurate individualized diagnosis and treatment for patients according to the unique biological characteristics of their conditions. Radiomics is a new interdisciplinary field that applies image processing and data mining technology for clinical problem analysis, showing great potential in the precision diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer with broad application prospects. This paper reviews the current research progress on the radiomics-based combination model, including the multimodal omics model in the clinical application of precision medicine, focusing on the accurate diagnosis, typing, staging and treatment of lung cancer. The paper also discusses the main shortcomings and technical limitations of this model.
