| 摘 要：辅助放疗为乳腺癌全乳切除术后治疗的重要组成部分，目前常规分割放疗是乳腺癌全乳切除术后常选用的剂量分割模式。近年来国内外开展的针对乳腺癌全乳切除术后大分割放疗与常规分割放疗比较的研究表明，全乳切除术后大分割放疗是安全有效的，具有替代常规分割放疗方案的可能性，且大分割放疗可进一步降低治疗成本，节约资源，并为患者提供便利。全文就乳腺癌全乳切除术后大分割放疗的研究进展进行综述，特别关注乳腺癌全乳切除术后大分割放疗的疗效及安全性。 |

| Abstract： Adjuvant radiotherapy is an important part of the therapeutic modelity for breast cancer following total mastectomy， and the conventional fractionation mode is commonly used. Large amount of comparative studies have shown that hypofractionated radiotherapy is safe and effective， and it is possible to replace conventional fractionated radiotherapy. Hypofractionated radiotherapy can further reduce the cost of treatment， save resources and provide convenience for patients. This paper reviews the research progress on hypofractionated radiotherapy for breast cancer after total mastectomy， focusing on its efficacy and safety. |
